I feel really good and I want to do more, what can I do?

Katya’s programs have been created to start relatively easy and progress quickly. They were created in this way to reduce the risk of injury, make you feel good and decrease muscle soreness. However, if you are feeling like you would like to do more please add in another cardio session to your week's training - just remember, more is not always better.
